Positive: I liked the decor and the rustic charm. Bed was comfortable and the location is nice.
Negative: I did not like the location of the toilet, It should be in it's own room with an exhaust fan. The whole bathroom including the toilet is open to the rest of the room above the glass enclosure. All of the smells and noises of using the toilet are going to be heard and smelled by anyone else in the room. This is a major design flaw in my opinion. I don't know if the other rooms are the same. I stayed in B2.

Positive: This was a lovely stay in a lovely location. Was in town to see the LPGA tournament nearby. The room was immaculately decorated and the color scheme was very soothing. Gave some Disney tea party vibes. The hosts were either on-site or available as needed and super friendly and helpful. One morning they left wonderful local pastries outside our door. They also recommended a visit to Snow Canyon State Park, which is nearby and stunning! The shower is massive and comfortable. I thorough enjoyed my showers. I would definitely recommend the Inn Santa Clara to anyone. It was quiet and private. I will definitely stay again if ever in the area.
Negative: There was nothing I "didn't like". But to be fair, there were a couple things that folks might want to be aware of. The bathroom in our unit (C2) does not offer a lot of privacy. There is a glass door the doesn't go all the way to the ceiling or floor. And it is literally right next to the bed. There is also no exhaust fan. :-( While my girlfriend and I were OK with all of this, others may not be. We've been together for a while. ;-) Also, the kitchenette is a small fridge, microwave, and boiling pot for water. Again, we were fine with this for ourselves. I don't know if any of the other units are set up differently. I am only speaking about the unit we were in, C2.

Positive: I know I had neighbors, but I never heard them. Soundproof rooms. Decorated so cute. I liked the waters in the fridge.
Negative: Maybe add some extra blankets to the room. I had a hard time with the heater, I hated having to ask for it to be turned up.
